Shipping policy

For regular products, we usually ship within 4–8 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For items marked as “presale,” including pre-order and made-to-order products, the items are generally expected to arrive within approximately 5–16 business days after payment. We will then ship the order within 3 business days after the item arrives.

For both regular and presale products, processing and shipping may take longer depending on the product, purchase timing, supplier availability, logistics conditions, or other circumstances.

If regular products and presale products are purchased together in the same order, we will ship all items together once the presale item has arrived and the entire order is ready.

As a general estimate, delivery usually takes approximately 8–15 business days from the date payment is completed. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier conditions, weather, traffic, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping methods and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

If tracking information is available, we will provide the tracking number by email or through the order notification.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we may not be able to change the delivery address after the order has been confirmed.
